“Advocacy is the act of speaking in support of human concerns and needs. Where people have their own voice, advocacy means making sure they are heard; when they have difficulty speaking, it means providing help; where they have no voice, it means speaking for them.” Penticton Advocacy network 1998.

Our goal is help clients become empowered, thereby better able to assist in their own recovery. If you, or someone you know feels that you have been treated unfairly, that your rights and entitlements have been ignored, or if you disagree with how programs and services have been delivered to you, you are encouraged to bring your concerns forward. Together we will explore how best to address the situation and find resolution.
