Mental Health First Aid – Mental Health First Aid Canada (MHFA), sponsored by the Mental Health Commission of Canada, is a 12-hour training course delivered in 4 modules, carried out over 2 days. Participants will learn how to provide initial help to people who are showing signs of a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.

ASIST – Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) is a two-day interactive workshop that helps caregivers to provide suicide life-assisting first-aid intervention using the Pathway for Assisting Life (PAL) model. The ASIST model teaches effective intervention skills while helping build suicide prevention networks in the community.
