Thrive – Balance In Wellness

How do we reach a sense of balance in our lives? This can be challenging with all the demands and stressors that may occur from day to day, but identifying the different areas of our lives is the first step. In this workshop you will explore many aspects of your life and how they relate to one another. You will take a closer look at which areas are being focused on regularly, which areas might be given less attention and begin to create a sense of balance that is achievable and flexible to suite your personal needs.
