Your Voice Matters!

At Thrive Learning Centre we believe that everyone has a unique perspective and valuable insights to share. We are always seeking to involve individuals with lived experience in our workshops, whether through co-producing content, co-facilitating groups or being part of a meaningful discussion where shared learning can occur.

If you would like to be involved with Thrive or have an idea for a workshop or a topic that you would like to see covered, we’d love to hear from you! Please give us a call at (250)-493-8999 or email Vince at vince.galea@cmhasos.ca

Fear & Anxiety: Let’s Talk About It

Join our anxiety support group, a safe and collaborative space where individuals discuss strategies for managing anxiety and find comfort in shared experiences. While not a substitute for professional counselling, this group environment fosters support, understanding and personal growth, guided by three facilitators in a peer setting.

Register now for our two-part anxiety group. By registering here you can sign up for one or both dates. While we encourage attendees to participate in both sessions for the full experience, it is not mandatory to attend both days, there will still be much value in attending one half.

These sessions are free, open to everyone, and inclusive of all gender identities and expressions.

Format: In-Person       Dates: Thursdays February 19th and 26th      Times: 6:00pm – 8:00pm
