While providing education, the focus of our workshops is to collaborate with people who have lived experience and an understanding of life’s challenges. Our goal is to help anyone who wants to gain support to improve their overall well-being, recognize and develop their own resourcefulness and truly Thrive!

Title: Self-worth and Human Connection
The focus of this workshop is to begin thinking about how we view ourselves and to explore meanings behind self-confidence, self-esteem, self-worth and human connection. An important aspect of this workshop is to understand that each individual may have very different views on what these mean, based on their life experiences and this session provides a place to learn from each other.
Date: Tuesday October 10th
Time: 10:00am-11:30am
Location: Canadian Mental Health Association #102 1873 Main St Penticton
