Thrive Learning Centre fosters a safe, supportive and inclusive environment that is open to anyone and everyone. We aim to engage participants in meaningful discussion around each topic that we cover and while providing education, the focus of our workshops is to collaborate with people who have lived experience and an understanding of life’s challenges. Our goal is to help anyone who wants to gain support to improve their overall well-being, recognize and develop their own resourcefulness and truly Thrive!

Thrive is Low Barrier:

No clinical referral needed

No diagnosis required
Workshops offered online and in-person
Admission is always free!

Individuals under 19 require caregiver consent.

At Thrive Learning Centre we believe that everyone has a unique perspective and valuable insights to share. We are always seeking to involve individuals with lived experience in our workshops, whether through co-producing content, co-facilitating groups or being part of a meaningful discussion where shared learning can occur.

Finding Your Line: Building Healthy Boundaries

Boundaries aren’t walls, they’re bridges to healthier relationships and self-respect. In this interactive session, we’ll explore together how to get clear on our limits and communicate them in a way that strengthens connection. It’s not about pushing people away – it’s about inviting them in, on terms that work for everyone.
